These Terms apply to all visitors to our website and all clients who engage Sellme.ph for Meta Ads management services. "Client," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or business entity that uses or engages our services.

Services not listed above — including web design, SEO, content creation, and other digital marketing disciplines — are not directly provided by Sellme.ph. Where needed, we coordinate with trusted freelance specialists on your behalf.
To allow us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:
You remain the account owner and administrator of your Meta Business Suite at all times. Sellme.ph operates as an authorized partner — we do not take ownership of your account.
Sellme.ph charges a flat monthly management fee based on the service plan you select. This fee covers our management time, strategy, reporting, and optimization work only.
Your ad spend budget is separate from our management fee. Ad spend is billed directly by Meta to your payment method on file with your Meta Business account. Sellme.ph never handles or passes through your ad spend funds.
All new engagements begin with a Free Audit. Upon mutual agreement to proceed, a service plan is confirmed and onboarding begins.
Minimum engagement period: We recommend a minimum of 3 months for Meta's algorithm to fully optimize. This is not a contractual lock-in — it is an honest recommendation based on how the platform works.
Cancellation: After the initial 3-month period, either party may terminate the engagement with 15 days' written notice via email. Campaigns will continue to run until the end of the final paid billing cycle.
Immediate termination: Sellme.ph reserves the right to terminate the engagement immediately without refund if a client is found to be advertising illegal products, violating Meta's policies, engaging in fraud, or acting in bad faith toward our team.
Upon termination, Sellme.ph will remove our partner access from your Meta Business Suite within 5 business days. All campaign assets, ad copy, and reports created during the engagement remain accessible in your own Meta account.
The ad spend budget is funded and controlled entirely by you, the client. Sellme.ph:
Any budget changes made directly by you inside your Meta account without notifying us may affect campaign performance. We recommend discussing budget changes with your specialist before implementing them.
We are committed to delivering our best work and continuously optimizing your campaigns. However, we do not and cannot guarantee specific advertising results, including but not limited to guaranteed ROAS, a specific number of leads or sales, or a particular cost per result.
Ad performance is influenced by factors outside our control, including:
We promise to be transparent about performance — good or bad — and to always act in your best interest with honest recommendations based on real data.
Your business owns: all ad creatives, copy, campaign structures, audience data, and reports created specifically for your account during our engagement.
Sellme.ph retains: the methodologies, frameworks, systems, templates, and processes we use to manage campaigns. These are our proprietary tools and are not transferred to the client.
You grant Sellme.ph a limited license to use your brand assets (logo, images, product photos) solely for the purpose of creating and managing your Meta Ads campaigns. We will not use your brand assets for any other purpose without your explicit written permission.
With your written consent, Sellme.ph may reference your business as a client for portfolio or case study purposes, using only non-confidential, publicly visible metrics and brand name.
Both parties agree to keep each other's confidential business information private. Sellme.ph will not disclose your business strategy, offer details, ad performance data, or any information you mark as confidential to third parties — except to sub-contractors directly involved in delivering your services, who are bound by the same confidentiality obligations.
You agree not to share Sellme.ph's internal processes, pricing structures, or proprietary campaign methodologies with competitors or third parties without our written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Sellme.ph's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total management fees paid by you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
You may not use Sellme.ph's services to advertise:
Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of our engagement. Sellme.ph reserves the right to report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Province of Cavite, Philippines.

Sellme.ph may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active clients by email.
