No — and that's a good thing for you. The management fee is what you pay Sellme.ph for our work. The ad spend is a separate budget that goes directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram). This means 100% of your ad budget actually buys you ads — not management time.
None. Pixel setup, CAPI configuration, audience research, and campaign structure are all included in the monthly fee. No one-time onboarding charge, no hidden costs. You start paying on month one, and that already covers getting everything built correctly.
After the initial 3-month period (which Meta's algorithm needs to properly optimize), you can pause or cancel with 15 days' notice. We don't believe in trapping clients — if we're not delivering results, you shouldn't be locked in. Annual plan clients receive a prorated refund for unused months.
Never. We charge a flat monthly fee only. Many agencies charge 10–20% of ad spend on top of a management fee — that means the more you scale, the more you pay them for no extra work. Our flat fee model means our incentive is your results, not your budget size.
We accept GCash, Maya, bank transfer (BDO, BPI, UnionBank), and PayPal. Payment is due on the 1st of each month. For annual plans, we offer a one-time upfront payment with 20% discount, or a split into two semi-annual payments.
Yes, anytime. If your business grows and you need to move from Launch to Scale — or from Scale to Dominate — just let us know. Upgrades take effect the following billing cycle. Downgrades also apply at the next cycle.
